You will be charged $984.87 — $950 contribution, $34.87 processing fee. The processing fee is what the payment processor deducts, added so the contribution itself reaches the build-out in full. Nothing else is added.

    You are handed to PayPal to approve the payment and returned here. This site never sees or stores a card number.

  • Start your hours

    A receipt arrives by email. If you bought a package, we are in touch within two business days to arrange the start date.

Before you contribute, the plain terms

Standard hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
After hours
Emergency and after-hours work, holiday bookings, or immediate mobile travel to your location may carry an additional travel and convenience premium.
Notary tokens
Each token covers the standard NYC notary and non-notarial service fees for one document — administrative and processing, printing, and travel or mobile service. After-hours service and additional documents are not included.
Renewal
Service packages can be renewed and optimized quarterly.
Changes
Packages are tailored. If a service in yours is not the right fit, it can be swapped for another — say so and the package is rebuilt around what you actually need.
Refunds
All contributions are final. Please email us at info.psuites@gmail.com if you would like to explore ways in which you can alter your current package.
What you’ll be charged
Two amounts may be added at checkout, and both are shown as their own line in your total before you are handed to PayPal. A processing fee covers what the payment processor deducts, so the full contribution reaches the build-out rather than being reduced by the cost of taking the payment; it applies to every order, including your own amount. Shipping is a flat $4.99 an order on the Essentials pack, and only if you ask for it to be posted rather than collected at the grand opening.
Your own amount
Choosing your own amount goes straight into the build-out — the fit-out, the fixtures and the equipment needed to open the doors. Nothing is sold in return: it carries no package, no Propel Tokens and no support hours. You will receive an invitation to our grand opening as it approaches.
Propel Tokens come with the support packages — strategy sessions, executive assistance, calendar management, and mobile and remote notary work. If you would like some, explore the packages and pick the one that fits, or have one tailored to what you need.
